New York CE Requirements

Please understand that massage laws change frequently and vary from state to state. We will try to provide you with the most current information possible.

We are a New York approved provider of continuing education. Our provider number is 0025. New York therapists are required to complete 36 hours of continuing education every 3 years. Since we are an approved NY provider, you may take our courses to complete any or all of your continuing education requirement in the state of New York.

NY does not accept courses in reiki, aromatherapy, profit maximization, or modalities that do not fall under the scope of practice in NY. Therefore, following courses are NOT acceptable for CE hours in the state of New York:

  • Startup Guide for Massage Therapy Practice
  • Florida Laws and Rules
  • Social Networking for Massage Practice

Please note that all of our courses can be used for NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork) recertification, our approved provider number is 409296-00. You may also use any of our CE courses for renewal with organizations such as the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals).
