The 6 CE hour Reflexology Basics course will introduce you to the principles and practice of reflexology on the hands and feet. The hands and feet contain points and zones that relate to individual glands, nerves, muscles, and organs. Working with these points, the practice of reflexology alleviates energy blockages that may cause pain or disability in the body, restoring optimum health and providing complimentary holistic treatment. This course gives a background in reflexology and then provides charts as well as a whole feet and hand reflexology session.
This Course Will Present:
Definition and history of reflexology
A step-by-step photographic guide for a full reflexology session
2 hours of online video techniques demonstrating basic reflexology strokes
Contraindications to reflexology and when to refer your clients to another healthcare professional
Full-color diagrams and charts clearly showing reflexology points on the hands and feet
You Will Receive: The Reflexology Manual textbook, by Pauline Willis, approximately 2 hours of supplemental online technique demonstrations, guide with instructions, exam of 40 questions, course evaluation, certificate of achievement upon completion, and unlimited phone support for any of your questions.
