As bodywork tools, the thumbs are often overused and easily injured. The 4 CE hour Thumbs-Free Massage course will present you with a whole body massage routine without the use of your thumbs. You will learn how to safely and effectively work on clients without ever using your thumbs as well as self-care tips for therapists. The techniques presented are adapted from Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi, sports massage, Thai massage, myofascial release, and other modalities. They can be incorporated into the work you already do and you can begin using the techniques on your very next client!
