The 14 CE hour Reflexology home study course is an introductory course in the art and theory of reflexology of the hands and feet. It will explain and define reflexology points on the hands and feet and how they relate to the systems of the body, benefits of hand and foot reflexology, and the history of reflexology. It will present palpation techniques as well as information on specific ailments and how to address them using reflexology. Reflexology maps of the hands and feet are given as well as easy to use visual guides. This course also includes 2 hours of online reflexology technique demonstrations.
