The 3 CE hour Research Education home study course will introduce you to research in the massage therapy field. It will cover the definition of research, history or research, and the research process. The course discusses and compares and contrasts different types of research, such as qualitative and quantitative. This course will also explain why research is so important in the massage therapy field and what current research says about massage therapy. Although the NCBTMB no longer requires research CE hours for recertification, you can still use these hours toward your state and NCBTMB renewal.
